as time goes by it is becomeing more and more obvius the agenda of corporations is not the same as human beings.

they are sociopathic and antidemocratic by nature a a new lever to limit their influence over government is needed.

Okay, so now the small rotten potatoes are gone.

Now what about the larger rotten potatoes? I am thinking, the next step is to get rid of Dolt McGuilty.

But, on what basis? Oh, so many reasons to choose from! HST, OLG, health care, education, debt and deficit, police-state, ineffective leadership, lack of accountability, total obliviousness to truth and common sense….a veritable smorgasbord of inadequacy, corruption and moral vacancy.

Well it is good of course that the suit was dropped. However, it never should have happened in the first place, and I am of the view that these ladies should be compensated, but not by the taxpayers: no no. The taxpayers were never in favour of the suit.

I am thinking perhaps $250,000 each in damages, plus costs, deducted directly from the retirement income of the ones who are responsible for launching the suit.

Unfortunately the ladies have already agreed not to hold responsible the bastards responsible for this. Pity.

I am really pleased that Anne and Vickie have finally had their illegal lawsuits dropped by Simcoe County. This has been a horrible nightmare for both women..and I applaud their courage and determination to stand up for what is right in protecting our precious water. Thank you from all us in the Site 41 group.
I hope the elections today will result in a big positive change in the County and the new County Council will work together with its citizens to bring about positive change and respect and protect our water and environment above all else.

What a wonderful Chritmas present for all the people of Simcoe County. Now let’s make it four for four and make sure Helena goes into the pages of history along with her clan. And let’s hope people will never again allow such a family to hold so much power ever again. Dynasty’s might have been OK! for places like China a thousand years ago but not here. Keep your eye’s open people and your ears cocked. For democracy is easy to lose but very hard to get back once lost.

This news is appalling on so many levels. I now see too, that Georgian Bay’s low levels are not only the fault of the St. Clair River.

May we make suggestions? All golf courses and resorts/developers in the area must be put on ALERT as follows: they have FIVE years to get onto their own sources of water. Whether they use rain barrels and snow collecting devices and their OWN reservoirs, so be it.

They need to be cut off of the normal flows in the Oak Ridges Moraine.

Whatever the normal citizen can do, if it’s writing more letters to provincial government ministries/premier, and more rallies, let’s do it. By the way, SHAME on the government for making such loose regulations or non-existent regulations where the BUSINESSES are involved. Thanks for listening. – DD
